Private beta · invite-only
The IMDB of Indonesian music.
A bilingual, source-cited reference platform for Indonesian artists, albums, festivals, charts, awards, and the people who make them. Where AllMusic, Discogs, and RateYourMusic stop, Rvrb starts.
380+ artists, expanding to 1,500
Indonesian-first roster with diaspora + global cameos (BTS, Bruno Mars, Coldplay on the Indonesian charts). Every record has a slug, bilingual names, primary genre, label, debut year, and a source URL.
Daily Apple + Spotify ID rankings
Real-time-ish (24h cron) feed from Sumber's chart endpoints. Resolved to artist profiles via a SHA-grade external_id lookup with name-fuzzy fallback.
Long-form scene + era retrospectives
Bilingual essays on Indonesian scenes (Bandung indie, Yogya alt, the koplo wave). Cited, edit-tracked, published under CC BY-SA.
Ratings, reviews, lists, comments
IMDB-style 1–10 ratings · text reviews with flag-for-review moderation · user-curated lists · threaded discussion per artist, album, festival, and article.
Pestapora, Synchronize, Java Jazz lineups
Full edition history with per-set billing rank. Cross-references to the artists who played and the labels that signed them.
REST + CSV/JSON exports
/api/v1/* with per-key rate-limit tiers. Bulk exports for labels and agencies. OpenAPI 3.0 spec live at /api/v1/openapi.json.
Why invite-only
Rvrb is a reference platform — the bar for quality is the bar for credibility. We're opening the beta to musicians, journalists, label / festival ops, and researchers who'll use the data to do something. If that's you, sign in below and tell us a sentence about what you'd use Rvrb for.
Approved accounts unlock the catalog, editorial pieces, charts, community surfaces (ratings + reviews + lists + comments), and the public REST API. Production data lives on Indonesian-region Postgres with full citation provenance.
